Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/2 kg boiled potatoes


  • 1 cup grated veggies like corn, peas and carrots


  • 1 cup bread crumbs


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp Red chilli powder and Amchoor powder


  • 1/4 tsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp of oregano and chilli flakes

Directions

  • Peel the boiled potatoes. Mash it properly with the help of a potato masher.
  • Add the grated veggies with bread crumbs
  • Now add all seasoning and masalas.
  • Pour some lemon juice in mixture.
  • Apply little oil on both palms. Shape them into round or cylindrical shape in the form of round tikki or cutlets .
  • Deep fry in hot oil and serve with tomato ketchup.
